The dormakaba (formerly known as Dorma) BTS75V is a highly adaptable hold open floor spring suitable for all doors with widths up to 1100 mm and up to 120 kg leaf weight. Thanks to the floor spring’s adjustable spring strength, closing force can be individually regulated. Size 1 – 4. Virtually maintenance free (other than routine dusting and cleaning). Finish available in stainless steel top plates, polished brass and with either single or double action packs. Geze Double Boxer EN 2-4 Size Fire Door Set Door Closer is a door closer with link arm of up to 1400mm leaf widths. It is suitable for right and left swing doors without conversion. It has fully adjustable closing speed, hydraulic latching action and the fully adjustable closing force. The closing force is alterable in accordance with DIN EN 1154 in sizes 2, 4 and 5. Supplied with screws that makes the installation quick as well as simple. Suitable for right and left swing doors without conversion. Compact closer body is designed to fit into headers as small as 1-3/4″ 4″. Closer body is non-handed. One closer for both single-acting or double-acting doors. Accommodates maximum door weight of 250 lb (interior) or 200 lb (exterior). A pressure relief valve protects closer from damage caused by forced closing. An integral cushion limits door swing to 90. An auxiliary stop must always be installed in conjunction with RTS88. A mechanical backcheck slows down the door prior to contact with the cushion. Closing speeds are controlled by two non-critical adjustment valves. Sweep area is from 90 to 20. Latch area is from 20 to 0. Thermostatic valves insure constant closing speeds under varying temperatures. The RTS88 offers a cast-iron body along with heavy-duty ball bearings at the spindle. Steel cam and roller assembly is coupled to dual steel pistons.
